  1. All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of GST and any other applicable taxes.
  2. Discount offerings are determined solely at the discretion of the company and may vary based on market conditions. Customers are advised to consult with our sales representatives for the latest discounts and benefits.
  3. Transportation charges are not included and shall be borne by the customer.
  4. Customers are requested to carefully review and confirm their orders with the designated sales representative to ensure accuracy as per their requirements.
  5. Orders cannot be canceled once the goods have been dispatched.
  6. The company shall not be held responsible for any breakage, damage, or shortfall in quantity during transportation. Such risks shall be borne by the customer.
  7. In case of damaged goods or quantity discrepancies upon delivery, customers must clearly mention the same on the Transporter’s LR (Lorry Receipt) at the time of receipt.
  8. Payments must be made in accordance with the terms specified by our sales representatives. Failure to clear outstanding dues may result in restrictions on future orders.
  9. Payments can be made via RTGS, NEFT, electronic transfer, Demand Draft (DD), or Account Payee Cheque, as per the banking details provided by the company.
  10. Prices are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of the management. Customers are advised to confirm pricing before placing each order.
